NATURE OF OSP’S SERVICES

OSP Auto LLC provides independent automotive advisory, research, membership, and referral services. OSP helps members evaluate vehicles, market conditions, pricing, lease and finance options, dealership offers, repairs, ownership concerns, vehicle values, and sale or lease-exit options.

OSP does not sell, lease, finance, take title to, repair, tow, insure, register, or deliver motor vehicles. OSP does not accept vehicle deposits, make credit decisions, sign vehicle documents, or enter into vehicle transactions on a member’s behalf.

When a member chooses to purchase or lease a vehicle, all official pricing, availability, credit applications, approvals, deposits, contracts, payments, registration, and delivery arrangements are handled directly between the member and the applicable licensed dealership.

 

OSP may provide members with referrals or introductions to dealerships and other automotive professionals. These providers are independent third parties and are not employees or agents of OSP. Members are responsible for selecting providers and entering into any agreement directly with them.

OSP does not guarantee vehicle availability, pricing, financing approval, savings, repair results, legal outcomes, or the performance of any dealership or other third party.

GOVERNING LAW

 

These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict of law principles, and users agree that all legal proceedings related to the matters herein shall be adjudicated solely in the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey, United States of America. Users consent to extra-territorial service of process and submit to the jurisdiction of said courts.
